PAL launches first nonstop Cebu–Guam flights

Philippine Airlines (PAL) has officially launched the first-ever nonstop flights between Cebu and Guam, strengthening air connectivity between Central Visayas and the western Pacific island. The inaugural flight took off on December 16, marking a new milestone for regional and international travel.

Officials from PAL, Aboitiz InfraCapital GMCAC, the Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority (MCIAA), the Department of Tourism (DOT), and key travel industry stakeholders led the launch ceremonies for the new route.

The Cebu–Guam service operates three times weekly, with flights departing Mactan-Cebu International Airport every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 9:40 p.m., arriving in Guam at 3:25 a.m. local time. Return flights from Guam to Cebu are scheduled every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, departing at 5:15 a.m. and arriving at 6:50 a.m.

The new route complements PAL’s daily Manila–Guam flights and is operated using Airbus A321ceo aircraft, offering passengers greater convenience and expanded travel options.

For bookings and inquiries, travelers may visit www.philippineairlines.com, use the PAL mobile app, contact the PAL Hotline at (+632) 8855-8888, or coordinate with accredited ticketing offices and travel agents.
