Property giant Megaworld is set to transform Talisay City, Negros Occidental with its newest township, The Sugartown — a sprawling 97-hectare mixed-use development along the Bacolod-Silay Airport Road. This marks Megaworld’s 37th township and its third in Negros Occidental, following Northill Gateway (53 hectares) and The Upper East (34 hectares) in Bacolod.
