Subic Bay Freeport has marked another major retail milestone with the opening of Nike’s biggest outlet in Southeast Asia.

Maguire Group Holdings Inc., through its Philippine retail partner Unite Stores, officially opened the Nike Unite Subic Outlet Center at the Marshalling Yard along Argonaut Highway, Subic Bay Freeport Zone on January 15, 2026. The opening was led by Unite Stores Chairman Christian Monteron together with Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) Chairman and Administrator Eduardo Jose L. Aliño.

The launch further strengthens Subic Bay Freeport’s position as a premier shopping and investment destination, drawing both local and international brands while boosting tourism, employment, and economic activity in the zone.
