The Provincial Government of Tarlac, led by Governor Christian Yap, reinforced its commitment to peace and security with the signing of a Joint Declaration affirming a stable state of internal peace and the launch of the PNP-AFP Collaborative Efforts Program, alongside the Joint Security IMPLAN “One Tarlac, One P.L.A.C.E.”
The ceremony gathered provincial officials, local government leaders, security forces, and people’s organizations, including Hon. Henry P. Cruz, Dir. Araceli A. San Jose (DILG-3), PBGen. Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr. (PRO-3), MGen. Joseph Norwin D. Pasamonte, PA (7ID), and LtGen. Aristotle D. Gonzalez, PAF (NOLCOM).
Through coordinated action under the “One Tarlac, One P.L.A.C.E.” framework, authorities aim to strengthen public safety, promote unity, and maintain a peaceful environment for all Tarlaqueños.
