A fire broke out at the Landers Superstore in Fairview, Quezon City early Wednesday, January 28, razing the members-only grocery and retail store.
The blaze was first reported at 4:44 a.m. and quickly escalated to a fifth alarm by 5:16 a.m. Firefighters managed to bring the fire under control at 8:01 a.m. Authorities confirmed that there were no injuries or fatalities.






Landers management has yet to release an official statement, but the branch is listed as “temporarily closed.”
The incident drew attention to emergency response efforts in the area as the aftermath of the fire continues to be assessed.
