The Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPO) held its Monday Flag Raising and Awarding Ceremony on February 2 at the Pampanga PPO Parade Ground in Barangay Sto. Niño, bringing together uniformed and non-uniformed personnel in a show of unity and dedication to service.
The ceremony was led by Provincial Director PCOL Eugene M. Marcelo, who continues to guide the office in strengthening discipline, professionalism, and adherence to the core values of the Philippine National Police (PNP).

During the program, PMAJ Mary Ann P. Placido, Assistant Chief of the Police Community Affairs and Development Unit (PCADU), delivered a message highlighting the importance of teamwork, accountability, and shared responsibility in fulfilling daily duties in public service.
She emphasized that collective effort and strong coordination within the organization are key to effectively serving and protecting communities across Pampanga.
The regular flag ceremony also serves as an avenue to boost morale, recognize dedication among personnel, and reinforce the organization’s commitment to responsive and people-centered policing.
