The Tarlac Provincial Government conducted a learning visit to Pasig City to study the city’s innovative programs aimed at improving public service delivery.

Governor Christian Yap and his team were warmly welcomed by the Pasig City government led by Mayor Vico Sotto during the visit.

Among the key initiatives presented were the Pasig City-Wide Land Information Management and Automation (Pasig CLIMA) led by Priscilla Mejillano, the Pasig Government Employees Management System (Pasig GEMS) shared by Elvira Flores, and the Pasig Innovative for Circular Economy (Pasig ICE) Hub led by Allendri Angeles.

The Tarlac provincial government also expressed gratitude to City Administrator Atty. Jeronimo Manzanero and the entire Pasig City government for sharing their best practices in efficient, innovative, and transparent governance.

The provincial government said that partnerships and knowledge-sharing activities like this are vital in strengthening efforts to continuously improve public services for Tarlaqueños.
