The Tarlac City Government is strictly enforcing the prohibition on placing the names, photos, and any personal identifiers of government officials on all government-funded projects and properties.

This is in line with Executive Order No. 11, s. 2026, issued by Mayor Susan Yap, as part of efforts to promote transparency and proper use of public funds.
