Mayor Geld Aquino announced during Monday’s flag-raising ceremony that the Mabalacat City Local Government Unit is ramping up preparations for Balacat Festival 2026, set from February 19 to 24, 2026.
Today’s flag raising ceremony is hosted by the City Environment and Natural Resources Office, led by Engr. Jesusa Santiago. Vice Mayor Jun Castro, councilors, department heads, and city staff also attended the announcement.
