Pampanga Governor Lilia ‘Nanay’Pineda led the official inauguration of the Pampanga Children’s Center for Special Needs at the PWD Building of the Lubao Municipal Complex in Lubao, Pampanga.



Also present at the event were Pampanga 2nd District Representative Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, Nanay Parylist Rep. Florabel Yatco, DSWD Region 3 Director Venus Rebuldela, Lubao Mayor Esmie Pineda, Vice Mayor Jay Montemayor, Councilor Jayson Victorino and other provincial and municipal officials.









The Provincial Government of Pampanga maintains that its 2025–2028 priority is to strengthen inclusive health and social services. The Children’s Center aims to address delays in early detection and intervention for neurodivergent children, who often wait six to eight months for specialist evaluations.
The center will serve as a one-stop hub offering:
- Evaluation and assessment
- Therapy and developmental support
- Education readiness programs
- Family support services
It focuses on children with autism, Down Syndrome, cerebral palsy, ADHD, and other developmental conditions, ensuring early guidance and better opportunities for every child in Pampanga.
