“To love the Philippines is not just to speak about it. It is about showing up for work… It’s not just slogans, not just noise — it’s about impact.”
This was the message of Liza Araneta-Marcos as the “Lab for All” initiative was successfully held on February 24, 2026, at the Subic Bay Exhibition and Convention Center.

The event brought together various government agencies to deliver prompt, efficient, and compassionate services to residents of Zambales and Bataan. Hundreds of beneficiaries attended, including indigent families, patients with serious medical conditions, persons with disabilities, senior citizens, and other vulnerable sectors in need of immediate government assistance.
Under the Crisis Intervention Service (CIS), more than 1,000 beneficiaries received ₱3,000 each in financial assistance to help cover medical and daily expenses. Wheelchairs were also personally distributed to persons with disabilities to improve mobility and promote inclusivity.
Through the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP), five individuals were granted start-up capital to begin or expand small businesses, reflecting the government’s continued investment in long-term economic empowerment.
Meanwhile, the Disaster Response Management Division (DRMD), in coordination with CIS, distributed food packs to ensure immediate food security support for beneficiaries.
Organizers said “Lab for All” goes beyond a service caravan, underscoring that genuine love for country is demonstrated through concrete action, meaningful service, and measurable impact on the lives of Filipinos.
