Pampanga First District Representative Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr.’s Chief Politifal Affairs Officer Reina Manuel, met with Department of Health Region III (DOH-3) Regional Director Corazon Flores on March 4, 2026 to strengthen healthcare initiatives in the district.

The meeting focused on aligning DOH programs with Congressman Lazatin’s legislative agenda, particularly the expansion of accessible and community-based healthcare services, preventive health programs, and enhanced coordination between national agencies and local communities.

Manuel said the collaboration aims to bring quality healthcare services closer to constituents, consistent with the congressman’s people-centered priorities.
