PCOL Eugene M. Marcelo commended personnel of the Pampanga Police Provincial Office for their performance in securing the recently concluded Lubao International Balloon and Music Festival.

During a “Talk to Men” held at the PPO headquarters in City of San Fernando, Marcelo, the provincial director, praised the deployed police personnel for their dedication and professionalism in maintaining peace and order throughout the event.

According to the Pampanga PPO, the coordinated security operations ensured the safety of festivalgoers and contributed to the successful staging of the balloon and music festival in Lubao, with no untoward incident recorded.

Marcelo also expressed his appreciation to the officers and personnel involved, noting that their commitment to duty played a key role in the safe and orderly conduct of one of the province’s major tourism events.
