JDN Realty Group has signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Citistores, Inc. to open a Centro Department Store branch at Nepo Mart Alaminos, marking the brand’s first location in Pangasinan.
The agreement, signed on March 11 in Pasig City, aims to expand the retail offerings of Nepo Mart Alaminos and introduce the CENTRO brand to shoppers in Alaminos City and nearby communities. Nepo Mart Alaminos is operated by Wespan Development Corporation, a subsidiary of JDN Realty Group.

Leading the signing ceremony were Citistores executives Paul Y. Tan, chief executive officer; Antonio Y. Tan, managing director; Melchor G. Gaspar, chief operating officer; and Nelson Yangga, business development manager. Representing JDN Realty Group were Aaron Jeffrey Montenegro, president and CEO; Diana Castillo, assistant vice president for leasing; Marjorie Lapitan, leasing manager; and Leah Aquino, mall manager of Nepo Mart Alaminos.
Montenegro said the partnership reflects JDN Realty Group’s continuing efforts to strengthen its retail developments while supporting the growth of the communities it serves.
Meanwhile, Tan said the partnership allows Citistores to expand its presence in Pangasinan and connect with a new market in Alaminos City.
Under the agreement, the department store will occupy a 2,251.32-square-meter retail space, with 1,351.10 square meters on the main level and 900.22 square meters on the mezzanine level. The lease agreement will run for 10 years.
Once operational, the new store is expected to enhance Nepo Mart Alaminos as a convenient shopping destination for both local residents and visiting tourists.
