The local government of Angeles City conducted a livelihood training on fish deboning as part of its ongoing efforts to empower communities and promote sustainable income opportunities.

Led by Carmelo ‘Jon’ Lazatin II, the activity was organized by the City Agriculture Office in partnership with the Provincial Fisheries Office on March 17, 2026, at the City Agriculture Office grounds.
The training provided participants with hands-on skills in proper fish deboning techniques, enabling them to explore additional sources of income and start small-scale livelihood ventures.
The initiative is part of the local government’s broader program to strengthen community resilience through agriculture and fisheries development.
