Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) celebrates its anniversary with a program honoring the dedication of its hardworking staff who sustain the university’s long-standing legacy.
The event featured messages from PSAU President Dr. Anita G. David and Magalang Mayor Ma. Lourdes P. Lacson. The program’s highlight was the special address by Guest of Honor and Speaker, Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, who commended the university’s commitment to excellence in education and service to the community.
