The Pampanga Business Circle (PBC) brings together business leaders, professionals, and emerging entrepreneurs with a shared goal: to promote inclusive growth, good governance, and sustainable development across Pampanga and Central Luzon.

Leading the fellowship is Felix Asuncion, who provides strategic direction for its programs and initiatives, alongside Vickee Ong, who supports organizational development and sector collaboration.
Operations and program implementation are managed by Joyce Del Rosario, ensuring continuity in the group’s advocacy, training, and partnerships.
Guiding the Circle are Senior Fellows Rene G. Romero and Pruds Garcia, who bring decades of experience in business, infrastructure, and public-private collaboration.
PBC’s initiatives are further driven by its Sector Directors, who lead efforts in infrastructure, investment, tourism, digital transformation, human resources, and governance.
