In a bid to support the community’s overseas workers, Barangay Balibago, in coordination with PESO, organized an orientation for OFW families. The session informed residents about their rights and benefits through the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA).
The initiative led to the creation of the Barangay Balibago Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) Committee, which aims to provide assistance, guidance, and services to OFWs and their families.
