‘Panahon Mo Na’: Gawad Madiskarte celebrates rising Filipino Mompreneurs

Filipino mothers balancing family life and business take center stage as PLDT Home’s Madiskarte Moms Philippines (MMPH) launches its empowering campaign, “Panahon Mo Na,” alongside the 4th Gawad Madiskarte.

Now in its fifth year, the growing community continues to champion Filipina mompreneurs, recognizing their resilience, creativity, and determination in building businesses while caring for their families. The campaign serves as a rallying call for mothers to embrace their identity as entrepreneurs and take pride in what they have achieved.

At the heart of the initiative is the Gawad Madiskarte, now on its fourth year, which honors outstanding mompreneurs across various categories—from start-ups to expanding enterprises—highlighting stories of passion turned into sustainable livelihoods. This year’s finalists represent diverse industries, including food, crafts, eco-friendly products, and community-driven ventures.

A distinguished panel of leaders from business, media, and entrepreneurship will select the winners, ensuring a rigorous and meaningful evaluation of each finalist’s journey and impact.

Beyond recognition, the event will also feature learning sessions led by experts from organizations such as UN Women Philippines and the Philippine Commission on Women, aimed at equipping mompreneurs with insights on entrepreneurship, leadership, and inclusive growth.

Winners will be announced on March 28, 2026, at Seda BGC, where outstanding mompreneurs will be honored for their contributions. Awardees will receive cash prizes and a specially designed trophy by Filipino visual artist Eric Masangkay, symbolizing the strength and aspirations of mothers building better futures for their families.

More than an awards program, Gawad Madiskarte continues to highlight the heart of Filipino entrepreneurship—driven by mothers whose determination is shaping not only their households but also their communities.
