Acting Mayor Jen Capil expressed gratitude to partner institutions and individuals who helped bring free legal services closer to residents through a recent outreach initiative.

The program, aimed at improving access to legal assistance for Poraqueños, was made possible through the support of Jord Jharoah Valenton, dean of the School of Law of Pampanga State University; Rowena Cunanan-Mundo of the university’s Clinical Legal Education Program; Catherine Mesuelo of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Pampanga Chapter; along with Ms. Eva Nucup of the Municipal Civil Registrar and Ms. Jhoanne Arcega of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office.

Capil underscored the importance of collaboration in ensuring that legal services become more accessible, noting that the initiative significantly helped bring assistance closer to the community.
