Pampanga Board Member Estelito “Shiwen” Lim is set to be transferred from the Pampanga Provincial Jail to a detention facility in Valenzuela City as he continues to face charges of large-scale estafa.
The transfer follows the order of Judge Mary Jane Dacara-Buenaventura, who upheld the referral of Lim’s cases to another jurisdiction. In a March 12 directive, the judge endorsed the 10 criminal cases to the nearest judicial region, identified as the Regional Trial Court in Valenzuela City.
A subsequent order issued on March 17 finalized the referral, paving the way for Lim’s transfer and continued detention in Valenzuela while legal proceedings move forward.
