Leading fiber broadband provider Converge ICT Solutions Inc. has expanded its customer service network with the opening of new business centers in Bohol and Palawan to improve customer access and strengthen digital connectivity in key island communities.


In Tagbilaran City, Converge launched an upgraded business center at Lite Port Center in partnership with J Fiber Internet Services. The facility is expected to serve over 100,000 residents and support the province’s growing tourism and business sectors.
Converge Senior Vice President and Consumer Business Group Officer-in-Charge John Paul Aguilar said the expansion reflects the company’s commitment to bringing reliable connectivity closer to communities nationwide.
Meanwhile, the company also opened a new customer hub in Roxas through managed services provider [Optimus Fiber Solutions Inc. https://optimusfiber.com.ph?utm_source=chatgpt.com , further expanding its reach in northern Palawan.
Converge business centers provide services such as bill payments, technical support, plan upgrades, and new applications. The company said the latest openings are part of its nationwide expansion strategy, which included at least 17 new business centers launched in 2025.
The company also maintained its position as one of the country’s top broadband providers based on independent industry assessments and government recognition for speed, reliability, and network performance.
