Staff from the office of Pampanga First District Congressman Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr., led by Senior Staff Mike Lising, distributed rice donations to various tricycle and jeepney terminals across Pampanga’s First District.
The rice assistance came from the personal donation of Congressman Lazatin, with a total of 17,074 members of Tricycle Operators and Drivers Associations (TODA) and 2,555 members of Jeepney Operators and Drivers Associations (JODA) set to receive five kilos of rice each.
