Mayor Carmelo ‘Jon’ Lazatin II warmly welcomed and honored outstanding young Angeleños who brought pride to the city after ranking in their respective licensure examinations.
Among those recognized were Maureen Capili Cortez of the City College of Angeles, who ranked 7th in the Licensure Examination for Teachers (Elementary Level); Alyana Jem Pangan Ramos, also from the City College of Angeles, who placed 9th in the LET Secondary Level; and Gab Tolentino Dayao of Holy Angel University, who secured 6th place in the Mechanical Engineering Licensure Examination.






Mayor Jon praised their discipline, dedication, and perseverance, which he said led to their remarkable achievements and continue to inspire other young Angeleños to strive for excellence. He also reaffirmed the city government’s commitment to strengthening education programs and youth development initiatives to help more Angeleños succeed in their chosen fields.
He said the success of the topnotchers is also the success of the entire city of Angeles, as he expressed pride and gratitude for their accomplishments.
