Amid the ongoing search and rescue operations at the collapsed under-construction building in Balibago, Angeles City, a dog was successfully rescued and is now under the care of emergency responders.

According to reports from the construction site, the dog was suddenly seen emerging from the rubble while rescue operations were underway.

Responders immediately secured the animal and transferred it to a safe area for proper care and monitoring.
