PLDT Home continues to promote safer and more responsible internet use through Online Alerto, its digital safety advocacy program that educates Filipinos on online scams, misinformation, cyber threats, and responsible social media behavior.

Launched in 2022, the Online Alerto community has grown to more than 77,000 members and continues to provide practical online safety tips, discussions, and educational campaigns for Filipino families and young internet users.

The initiative also conducts Facebook Live sessions and campus tours in partnership with the Philippine National Police Anti-Cybercrime Group to help students and communities become more vigilant and responsible digital citizens.

PLDT said the program reinforces the importance of awareness, vigilance, and shared responsibility as more Filipinos rely on digital platforms for daily life.
