The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office 3 continues to provide immediate assistance and support services to victims and families affected by the building collapse in Barangay Balibago, Angeles City.
Under the directive of Regional Director Venus F. Rebuldela, Protective Services Division Chief Czar David and Disaster Response Management Division Section Head Gerry Liangco have been closely overseeing response efforts to ensure the timely and compassionate delivery of services to affected families.



Among the assistance being provided are Cash Relief Assistance (CRA), burial assistance, and psychosocial support to help families cope with the impact of the tragedy.
The agency is also conducting assessments and coordinating with various DSWD field offices and local government units where the victims reside to ensure continued support for their families.
DSWD remains in close coordination with local government units and emergency responders to monitor the situation and address the needs of affected individuals and the community.
