The Bureau of Customs (BOC) – Port of Clark, in partnership with SIA Engineering Philippines, Inc., joined Brigada Eskwela 2026 at Mitla Balik Barangay Elementary School under the theme “Bayanihan Para sa Ligtas, Malinis at Matatag na Paaralan.”

The initiative, supported by the Provincial Government of Pampanga through Pampanga 2nd District Board Member Fritzie David-Dizon, highlighted a shared commitment to education and community development.

To help prepare for the opening of classes, the partners distributed school supplies to more than 400 learners from Grades 1 to 6 and provided classroom materials to support teachers in delivering quality education.

District Collector Jairus S. Reyes expressed gratitude to SIA Engineering Philippines, Inc. and the Provincial Government of Pampanga for their support in making the activity possible.

He said the initiative reflects the Port of Clark’s commitment to giving back to the community and reaffirmed its goal of expanding similar outreach programs to assist other vulnerable sectors and communities in need.
