The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through the Provincial Human Resource and Management Office, conducted a two-day competency framework and dictionary manual workshop on June 29 and 30 at the old session hall of the provincial capitol.
Led by Civil Service Commission (CSC) Tarlac Provincial Director Kristina Gonzales, the workshop focused on drafting and adopting competency standards for provincial government offices to guide the hiring and promotion of employees across Salary Grade Levels 1 to 4.



Gonzales said the competency framework and dictionary manual will serve as guiding principles in recruitment and career advancement, ensuring that employees possess the skills, knowledge, and competencies needed to effectively perform their roles in the provincial government.
