Former Philippine President and now Pampanga 2nd District Representative Gloria Macapagal Arroyo praised the new Philippine Embassy chancery in Singapore following her visit on July 2 at 20 Nassim Road.

Arroyo was welcomed by Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Medardo G. Macaraig and embassy personnel, who toured her around the newly developed facilities.

She expressed admiration for the transformation of the chancery, recalling her earlier visits to the old embassy building and noting its significant improvements.

During her visit, Arroyo inspected the new consular and labor services areas and the Sentro Rizal Singapore, and also interacted with Filipino community members residing in Singapore.
