The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) welcomed delegates of the U.S. Northeast and Midwest business mission to the Philippines at New Clark City, showcasing the area’s potential as a hub for next-generation investments.
The program featured investment briefings, business matching sessions, and site tours of BCDA-managed developments, highlighting opportunities in smart and sustainable urban development, renewable energy, data centers, digital infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, logistics, tourism, sports and wellness, and mixed-use, transit-oriented developments.
BCDA Officer-in-Charge Senior Vice President Engr. Mark P. Torres said the agency continues to develop master-planned, investment-ready economic zones designed to support industries expected to drive global growth in the coming decade.
The event also underscored New Clark City’s role in the Luzon Economic Corridor initiative, which seeks to strengthen semiconductor and digital infrastructure supply chains, accelerate artificial intelligence and emerging technology ecosystems, and attract innovation-driven investments.
Also presenting investment opportunities during the mission were the Provincial Government of Tarlac, the Poro Point Management Corporation, and the Clark Development Corporation.
