The Pampanga Provincial Government recognized local rescuers and responders who took part in last month’s building collapse rescue operations in Angeles City, as part of the observance of National Disaster Resilience Month.
Led by the Pampanga Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO), the program honored responders from Angeles City, Apalit, Arayat, Bacolor, the City of San Fernando, Guagua, Mabalacat City, Minalin, Porac, Sta.
