BFP launches 911 Command Center

The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Central Luzon has officially activated its 911 Satellite Command Center, marking a significant upgrade in the region’s emergency response and coordination capabilities.

The Go Live Ceremony was led by Acting Regional Director FSSUPT Bernard T. Rosete, joined by Assistant Regional Directors FSSUPT Santos C. Gawongna and FSSUPT Vilma R. Tuscano, Pampanga Provincial Fire Marshal FSSUPT Amando C. Elevado Jr., and other BFP officials.

The new command center is expected to strengthen real-time communication and coordination during emergencies, enabling faster and more efficient incident response across Central Luzon.

Following the activation, guests toured the facility to view its operations, processes, and emergency response equipment.

BFP Central Luzon said the launch reflects its continuing commitment to delivering responsive public service in line with the Department of the Interior and Local Government’s “Matino, Mahusay, at Maaasahan” brand of governance.
