BDO Foundation and Ateneo de Davao University (AdDU) are expanding opportunities for financially challenged Filipino youth through a new partnership that combines education, career development, and pathways to employment.
Under the BDO Foundation-Ateneo de Davao University Scholarship Program and Career Development Pathway, qualified students will receive scholarship assistance, mentorship, internship opportunities, and career preparation to help them transition from higher education to meaningful employment.
The initiative aims to equip scholars with practical skills, workplace experience, and professional confidence while providing potential career pathways within BDO.
BDO Unibank President and CEO Nestor V. Tan said the partnership seeks to help more students reach their potential and inspire them to contribute to their communities, industries, and the country’s continued development.
AdDU President Rev. Fr. Karel S. San Juan, S.J., welcomed the collaboration, saying it can create lasting impact for students while fostering learning and innovation.
The partnership was formalized through a memorandum of agreement between BDO Foundation and AdDU, underscoring a shared commitment to making education more accessible and helping young Filipinos build stronger pathways toward productive careers.
