The Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPO) and the Department of Education Pampanga Schools Division Office (SDO) have signed a memorandum of agreement to strengthen coordination and ensure the safety of schools across the province.

Pampanga PPO Director Col. Ricardo M. David, DepEd SDO Chief Education Supervisor Dr. Arceli Lopez, Pampanga Division Federated PTA President Ma. Victoria Viray, SDO Senior Education Program Specialist Roderico B. Cayanan, and PPO Provincial Legal Officer Maj. Rudy Bandolin Jr. signed the agreement.

The partnership focuses on peace and order, crime prevention, child protection, community engagement, information sharing, and improved preparedness and response to security concerns involving students, teachers, and school personnel.

David said the initiative aims to establish quick and effective coordination with schools to immediately address security concerns and help ensure a safe learning environment across Pampanga.
