The Provincial Government of Tarlac and the City Government of Tarlac have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to strengthen collaboration and improve the delivery of public services.

Governor Christian Yap and Mayor Susan Yap, together with members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, led the signing of the agreement, which aims to align provincial and city programs on healthcare, food security, employment, and public safety.

Provincial officials said the partnership is expected to foster closer coordination between the two local governments and accelerate the implementation of programs that will benefit Tarlaqueños.
