The Joint Police and Barangay Peacekeeping Action Teams Mobilization (JBM) Patrol System was formally launched at the Angeles City Police Office to strengthen community-based crime prevention and detection.

Led by PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN Jess B. Mendez, the initiative uses the AOM Framework—Activate, Organize, and Mobilize to maximize the capabilities of police personnel, barangay officials, and Barangay Peacekeeping Action Teams (BPATs).

The launch was attended by PRO3 officials, Atty. Jeselle Vega-Dayrit, representative of Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II, the DILG, CDRRMO, BFP, and ABC, along with around 350 participants from various barangays, local government units, and BPATs.

The JBM Patrol System promotes the principle that crime prevention is a shared responsibility, bringing police services closer to communities while empowering barangay-based peacekeeping teams to help maintain peace and security.
