Converge ICT Solutions, Inc. (PSE: CNVRG) sustained strong growth in its Enterprise segment during the first half of 2026, with revenues rising 15.1% year-on-year to more than ₱3.9 billion amid the continuing digital transformation of businesses and the public sector.
The Enterprise segment helped drive Converge’s consolidated revenues to ₱22.4 billion, up 3.1% from the same period last year, supported by new customer acquisitions and growing demand for digital services.
Enterprise revenue growth was broad-based:
📍 SME: Revenue increased 15.7% YoY, driven by an expanding client base seeking high-speed, reliable fiber connectivity.
📍 Enterprise and Large Corporate: Revenue grew 14.8% YoY, supported by high-value contracts, data-intensive services, and national digital infrastructure requirements.
Converge Global Business also recently secured partnerships with major universities and local government units to support their digitalization initiatives through connectivity solutions.
Meanwhile, the residential segment remained the company’s largest revenue contributor at ₱18.5 billion, with total subscribers reaching 3.09 million by end-June 2026.
Converge also highlighted strong network performance and customer service gains:
📍 DICT Oplan Bantay Signal 2Q2026: Ranked No. 1 in fixed broadband network performance, with 5 ms average latency and 158 Mbps download speeds; customer complaints declined 84% from January to June.
📍 Ookla® Speedtest Awards 1H2026: Received “Best Internet,” “Fastest Internet,” and “Best Fixed Latency” awards.
Despite inflationary and oil price pressures, the company maintained stable financial performance:
📍 EBITDA: ₱13.3 billion, with a 59.1% EBITDA margin
📍 Net Income After Tax: ₱5.5 billion, with a 24.4% net income margin
📍 ROIC: 14.9%
📍 Cash CAPEX: ₱5.7 billion
📍 Net Debt: ₱15.6 billion
📍 Gross Debt-to-Total Equity: 0.4x
Converge said its continued investments in network expansion, hardening, and digital infrastructure are aimed at supporting sustainable growth as demand for reliable connectivity continues to rise.
