Since assuming office on July 1, 2025, Bureau of Customs (BOC) Commissioner Ariel F. Nepomuceno has advanced reforms aimed at strengthening revenue collection, border protection, trade facilitation, digitalization, and accountability.

The initiatives during his first year in office, covering July 2025 to June 2026, have focused on improving operational efficiency, modernizing customs services, and reinforcing public trust in the agency.
