The Tarlac City Government expressed its appreciation to the Central & Northern Luzon Filipino-Chinese Hiap Ho Grand Masons, Inc. for extending assistance to Tarlac residents through an outreach charity program held on September 10, 2026, in Barangay Matatalaib.

Dubbed “Dugong Tsino, Pusong Pinoy,” the outreach program provided support to members of the local community, highlighting the organization’s commitment to community service and helping fellow Filipinos.

The city government also thanked the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) and the City Population and Development Office (POPCOM) for supporting and coordinating the activity.

The outreach underscored the value of collaboration among civic organizations and local government units in bringing assistance and support closer to communities in need.
