SULONG SEAPop takes its celebration of Southeast Asian music and culture beyond Manila, with Pampanga serving as its first stop outside the capital on September 24, 2026, at SM City Pampanga.
Part of the Philippines’ hosting of ASEAN 2026 and the celebration of Philippine Creative Industries Month (PCIM) this September, the SULONG SEAPop Music and Culture Caravan brings music, cultural exchange, and interactive ASEAN experiences closer to communities.
The Pampanga leg will feature a special musical showcase with Filipino artists 1st. One and KAIA and Singaporean singer Iman Fandi, highlighting the diverse contemporary sounds of Southeast Asia and the power of music to connect people across cultures and borders.
Beyond the performances, the full-day program will offer an ASEAN Corner, lectures, cultural and merchandise booths, workshops, performances, and competitions. A new competition will also be launched as part of the Pampanga program, adding another interactive element to the celebration.
Visitors can likewise take part in the ASEAN Passport Stamp Rally, which encourages participants to collect stamps at designated ASEAN 2026 events throughout the year while discovering the region’s stories, traditions, and creative expressions.
By bringing SULONG SEAPop beyond Manila, organizers aim to create more opportunities for families, young people, local audiences, and culture enthusiasts to experience ASEAN through music and the arts.
The SULONG SEAPop Music and Culture Caravan – Pampanga Leg will be held on Thursday, September 24, at 10 a.m. at The Event Center, SM City Pampanga. The event is open to the public.
