BOC Clark intercepts suspected ₱20.7-M Ketamine shipment

The Bureau of Customs (BOC) – Port of Clark intercepted a shipment containing approximately 4,410 grams of suspected ketamine with an estimated value of ₱20.7 million, concealed in a parcel declared as “Ceramic Fan.”

The shipment originated from Amsterdam, Netherlands, and was bound for Valenzuela City.

Initial screening using a spectrometer indicated the presence of “Special K” or ketamine, a dangerous drug regulated under Republic Act No. 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Authorities are continuing the examination and verification of the shipment. The BOC is expected to provide additional details as the investigation progresses.
