Mabalacat City Mayor Geld Aquino, together with Vice Mayor Jun Castro, led the distribution of a total of 1,072 food packs from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to various sectors and communities in the city.

The beneficiaries included 500 residents from Dapdap, 327 jeepney drivers from PISTONRAMA, 125 beneficiaries from MMMC, and 120 from PPC.

Aquino said the Mabalacat City government continues to coordinate with the DSWD and other national government agencies to ensure that assistance programs reach Mabalaqueñians who need them.

Also present during the distribution were Councilors Marjorie Sambo, Errol Soliven, Vicoy Ong, Benny Jocson, and Pat Accorda.
