Angeles City Police undergoes organizational, staffing assessment

The Angeles City Police Office (ACPO), led by Officer-in-Charge PCOL Robert C. Domingo, participated in an organizational structure and staffing pattern assessment on October 22, 2026, aimed at improving personnel deployment and operational efficiency.

Conducted online by the Regional Plans and Strategy Management Division 3 (RPSMD3), the audit, review, and assessment brought together Domingo, ACPO staff, station and unit commanders, and designated staffing pattern focal persons at the ACPO Conference Room.

The assessment focused on gathering and validating data on the police office’s existing organizational structure, personnel distribution, and staffing requirements to ensure alignment with operational demands.

It also sought to identify areas for improvement in personnel allocation and organizational arrangements to strengthen police administration and enhance public service delivery.

ACPO reaffirmed its commitment to organizational efficiency, personnel readiness, and continuous improvement by supporting the Directorate for Plans’ assessment and strategic planning initiatives.
