A total of 266 Tarlac City residents received financial and medical assistance from the Office of the City Mayor during a payout held on October 28, 2026, at the Bulwagan ng Tarlac City Hall.

The assistance, under the continuing programs of Mayor Susan Yap, aims to help residents cope with medical expenses and other health-related financial needs.

Of the beneficiaries, 156 received assistance for maintenance medicines, 61 for hospital bills, 17 for laboratory expenses, 20 for burial assistance, six for therapy, four for chemotherapy, and two for other medical needs.

The city government continues to provide financial support to residents facing medical and other personal emergencies through its assistance programs.
