48 MSMEs join Bataan Trade Fair
BALANGA CITY (PIA) — About 48 food and non-food micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) joined the Bataan Trade Fair at The Bunker.
The activity is in line with the commemoration of the 80th Araw ng Kagitingan.
Bataan Peninsula Tourism Council Foundation Inc. (BPTCFI) Vice Chairperson Hector Lintag said this is an avenue where the province can promote the products of the different towns and city.
“As we can see, a lot of our products have developed where we can really be proud locally and internationally and a lot of consumers have been saying our products really are “Galing! Bataan,” Lintag added.
For her part, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Provincial Director Nelin Cabahug encouraged Bataeños and local consumers to support MSMEs and their products in order to generate more job opportunities and additional sales.
The trade fair was co-organized by BPTCFI, Provincial Tourism Office, DTI, and Provincial Cooperative and Enterprise Development Office. It will run from April 4-7. (CLJD/CASB-PIA 3)
