The Provincial Government of Pampanga launched its first book “Aklat ni DELTA Bulilit” at Barangay Mamatitang covered court, Mabalacat City.

Present at the launching and distribution were Pampanga Board Member Mylyn Pineda-Cayabyab on behalf of Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, Provincial Social Welfare and Development (PSWD) Officer Elizabeth Baybayan and Early Child Care Development (ECCD) Officer Ruth Delos Reyes.

In Mabalacat City 2,808 beneficiaries received the workbooks while in 21 provinces of Pampanga almost 28,934 books were already distributed.

The Aklat ni DELTA (DEkalidad, Listo, at Talentadong Anak ng Pampanga) Bulilit program is to provide books for daycare children ages 3-4 and encourage the teachers and parents to guide their children through reading. (BM Mylyn Pineda Cayabyab FB Page)
