Angeles City ‘Angeleño Pa’ trade and tourism fair in the works

The Angeles City government, led by Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr., is set to host a three-day trade and tourism fair from May 24 to 26, 2022 at Angeles City Hall New Parking Lot.

Dubbed ‘Angeleño Pa’ (or ‘Angeleño First’), the trade and tourism fair is a project of the Angeles City Tourism Office (ACTO) in cooperation with the Angeles City Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office (ACEDIPO).

Participants in the fair will include partner merchants from the City’s One Town, One Product (OTOP) Store; Kapebaluan, the City’s own book café serving Angeleño-produced coffee; Puning’s Hot Spring; members of the Hotel and Restaurants Association in Pampanga (HARP); members of the Alliance of Travel and Tour Agencies of Pampanga (ATTAP); and Landers Superstore.

The fair aims to revitalize the city’s tourism industry while promoting other local Angeleño products.

Fair attendees who will buy products during the fair will receive two (2) raffle coupons for every Php 500 purchase. The raffle will be held on the third day of the fair. Prizes include Beautederm products, free hotel accommodation for two at Prime City Hotel, and coupons for Kapebaluan.

Preparations for the fair are being overseen by Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel, ACTO Officer-in-Charge Anneleen Sugui, and Local Economic and Investment Promotion Officer, Irish Llego.

Sponsors of the fair include Beautederm, Giada Luancorp, and SM Supermalls.
