Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. inspected and personally road tested on September 12 the new dump truck that will be used by the Environmental Management System for garbage collection.

Mayor Lazatin said this is to further maintain the cleanliness and orderliness throughout the city, one of the cornerstone programs of his administration.

Joining Mayor Lazatin during the inspection are Chief Adviser and Tactician IC Calaguas, Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel, General Services Officer Evangeline Malonzo, and City Engineer Donato Dizon.
