Angeles City strengthens safety, order on Holy Monday

The Angeles City Government, led by Mayor Carmelo ‘Jon’ Lazatin II, continues to ensure a safe, orderly, and meaningful observance of Holy Week as Angeleños marked Holy Monday.

The local government remains on full alert, working closely with key offices including the Angeles City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (ACDRRMO), Angeles City Tourism Office (ACTO), Angeles City Traffic Development Office (ACTDO), Angeles City Police Office (ACPO), and the City Information Office (CIO).

These agencies have intensified efforts on security, crowd management, and coordination, particularly in areas frequented by devotees and visitors during the Lenten season.

Angeleños are encouraged to take part in maintaining peace and order, while respecting the solemn spirit of prayer and reflection throughout Semana Santa.

Residents and visitors are advised to stay updated on announcements and advisories by following the official page of the City Information Office.

The Angeles City Government reaffirmed its commitment to safeguarding the welfare of Angeleños while supporting a meaningful Holy Week observance.
